Non-Exclusive Listings

If you want to retain your current listing agent, or continue to market your office building yourself, you are able to list on OfficeSpaceChicago.com, for FREE, on a non-exclusive basis. If an inquiry comes in for your building that is represented by a real estate broker we will simply refer that broker to you or your listing agent. If a potential tenant inquires about space and is not using a broker, we will work with you or your listing agent to help the potential tenant complete a transaction at your building.

Either way, you win! You get the added benefit of extra marketing on Office Space Chicago, but you (or your current listing agent), are still involved on every level. In order to do this we need to know that this is acceptable to both you and your current listing agent. After that we can pull up the appropriate listing info from whatever databases you are currently listing on to gather the information.
